RAD is looking for an experienced front-end/web client developer for a complex and challenging project.
Location:
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Be'er Sheva.
Responsibilities:
- In this role you will join a small team of talented developers using cutting-edge web technologies and responsible for the customer-facing user interface of RAD’s flagship networking solutions and new cloud products.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years web development experience
- Fluent in HTML5, JavaScript (ES6), CSS3
- Hand-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: Svelte/SvelteKit or other modern frameworks (Angular, React JS)
- Experience with TypeScript, Vite JS, and server-side JavaScript (NodeJS)
- Experience with SASS/SCSS
- Independent problem solver, and good interpersonal skills
- University degree in Computer Science

Delphi/MIS Developer (1270)Information TechnologiesRAD Headquarters (Tel-Aviv)View Position
Our Information Technology department is looking for a Delphi/MIS developer to join our CRM & BI Applications team.
Location:
The role will be based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv, with the option of working from home one day a week.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of a set of critical applications developed in Delphi that support CRM and BI processes.
- Responsible for the Panorama reporting system as well as for a set of internal applications written in Delphi on top of an Oracle DBMS.
- Providing support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise data.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience implementing and programming Delphi Applications
- Working with users in a requirements analysis role

Location:
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities:
- Deployment and maintenance of information security systems and multi-user segmented communication networks.
- Defining and implementing information security rules.
- Collaboration with regulatory authorities.
- Design, deployment and support of enterprise-grade Fortinet FW, Cisco, and Ivanti products.
- Operation of networks infrastructure, with a focus on Fortinet FW and Cisco switches and routers, including protocols, architecture
Requirements:
- Ability to draft technical documents and guidelines relevant to the field.
- Participation in projects and designing information security and communication architecture.
- High-level knowledge and experience with VPN, Zero Trust products and Fortinet Firewalls for enterprise environments.
- Experience working with regulatory authorities and CISOs.
- Experience working with external SOCs.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Being responsible for testing the network performance
- Being accountable for escalating all critical and KCA issues
- Client monitoring and Attention 24/7
- Being a team player
- Deliver monthly KPIs to the team lead along with significant updates
- Training schedule to improve the performance
- Network Monitoring
- Monitoring 24/7 of network elements
- Assure the SLA Schedule
- Daily review of the customer information to be updated
- Register all cases and escalate the critical ones according to the SLA defined
