Microsoft 365 Specialist

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our IT Infrastructure team and take a leading role in designing, deploying, and maintaining modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. This role requires a strong background in cloud security, automation, and hybrid IT management to support our organization's evolving needs.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 & Azure Deployment and Administration:

  Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams.

  Implement and maintain Hybrid Microsoft 365 Environments, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD.

  Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security and compliance.

  Architect and optimize Enterprise Mobility and Security (EMS) solutions.

• Security & Compliance:

  Implement Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Entra and Conditional Access Policies.

  Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Sensitivity Labels, and Compliance Policies within M365.

  Enforce identity and access management (IAM) best practices across cloud and on-prem environments.

• Automation & Infrastructure Optimization:

  Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks in Microsoft 365 and Azure.

  Deploy infrastructure improvements across client environments.

• Technical Support & IT Service Management:

  Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365, Azure AD and related IT services.

  Work closely with end-users, vendors and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Innovation & Leadership:

  Lead research and deployment initiatives for new applications and cloud technologies.

  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

  Assist in managing support services and service-level deliverables.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise:

  3+ years of IT experience in a Microsoft cloud environment.

  Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and advanced troubleshooting.

  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Intune.

  Familiarity with hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD synchronization.

  Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions (Defender for 365, Conditional Access, IAM).

• Additional Skills:

  Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.

  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

  Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with vendors.

Our Information Technology department is looking for a Security and Networking Expert to join our IT Infrastructure team.

Location: 

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Ramat Hachayal, Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and maintenance of information security systems and multi-user segmented communication networks.
• Defining and implementing information security rules.
• Collaboration with regulatory authorities.
• Design, deployment and support of enterprise-grade Fortinet FW, Cisco, and Ivanti products.
• Operation of networks infrastructure, with a focus on Fortinet FW and Cisco switches and routers, including protocols, architecture

Requirements:

• Ability to draft technical documents and guidelines relevant to the field.​
• Participation in projects and designing information security and communication architecture.
• High-level knowledge and experience with VPN, Zero Trust products and Fortinet Firewalls for enterprise environments.
• Experience working with regulatory authorities and CISOs.
• Experience working with external SOCs.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience in implementing and managing communication and information security products in large, distributed organizations or recognized integration companies.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Valid Fortinet and CCNA certifications.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP communication protocols.
• - Familiarity with Load balancers, WAF technologies and application proxies.
• - Practical HO experience in designing and maintaining L2/L3 network infrastructures.
• - Knowledge of cloud-based EDR systems (e.g., CrowdStrike).
• Experience with monitoring and access control systems.
• High availability, including outside of standard working hours.

Our Commercial Support department is seeking an Order Operations Specialist for a full-time position.

Location: 

Based at the RAD offices in Tel Aviv. Hybrid option once a week.

Responsibilities:

• Acceptance & management of orders from RAD’s customers worldwide
• Corresponding with local and global customers (phone and email)
• Operating following company policies and procedures
• Working on self-developed computerized systems
• Partner with various cross-functional depts.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial support – a must
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) – a must
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Logistic, import/export background – an advantage
• Service-oriented with great interpersonal skills
