    We are hiring an ERP Architect to lead the design and development of a self-developed ERP solution and manage and guide a team of developers.

    This role requires proven expertise in manufacturing supply chain and production processes. Be able to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with business objectives developing in Oracle DB and Delphi.

    Location: 

    Based at the RAD offices in Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Architect & Design: Lead the architecture and design of the ERP system base on Delphi EX2 and Oracle DB.
    • Development Leadership: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring the best coding practices. Code Review & Quality Assurance: Ensure all development work meets company standards for quality, security, and performance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Production, IT, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Supply Chain & Production Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of MRP, production planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics to design effective ERP solutions.
    • Technical Roadmap: Develop and maintain a long-term technical roadmap for ERP, balancing new feature development with maintenance and optimization of existing features.
    • Documentation: Create detailed design and architectural documentation to support current and future development.
    • Project Management: Manage the ITCR committee, monitor project progress, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

    Requirements:

    Technical Skills:

    • Software Architecture: Expertise in designing scalable, modular, and high-performance systems.
    • Experience in Delphi development, with a proven track record in ERP systems.
    • Oracle Database: Advanced knowledge of Oracle databases, including query optimization, schema design, and stored procedures.
    • Supply Chain & Production Knowledge: Deep understanding of supply chain and production processes such as MRP, inventory control, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
    • ERP Systems: Prior experience in developing or customizing ERP systems for production environments.
       
    • Management Skills:

    • Experience leading and managing development teams, including task delegation, performance and quality reviews.

    This position will be part of the Engineering Department. We are looking for an experienced PCB designer. 

    Location: 

    Based at the RAD offices in Tel Aviv. Hybrid option twice/week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Components library design.
    • PCB design, including PCB technology definition, and constraints definition. Support for PCB manufacturing and assembly.

    Requirements:

    • Electronics Engineer.
    • 2-3 years of experience in PCB design.
    • Knowledge of PCB technologies and materials.
    • Experience designing power supplies, telecom boards including high-speed lines while maintaining power integrity, signal integrity, EMC requirements, etc.
    • Experience in stack-up design and impedance calculations.
    • Familiarity with all stages of PCB manufacturing to assist the manufacturer and address technical questions.
    • Experience with Mentor Xpedition software – an advantage.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Be actively involved in post-sales and pre-sales solution support activities
    • Perform demonstration of proof of concepts (PoC), installation, homologation testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training for customers abroad or remotely
    • Perform testing and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues
    • Perform root cause analysis of issues
    • Prepare technical documentation for customers
    • Provide status and resolution communication to internal and external stakeholders
    • Contribute to the knowledge base of the team

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
    • Engineering degree (BE/BTech) – a must.
    • Experience in a technical support role with an equipment manufacturer or systems integrator for multi-vendor solution - advantage.
    • Knowledge of Ethernet layer-2 Protocols: Frame Structure, VLAN, STP, LAG, G.8032, Y.1564, RFC2544, MEF, Ethernet-OAM.
    • Knowledge of Ethernet layer-3 Protocols: Basic Routing, MPLS, BGP, IPsec.
    • Working experience with testers like VeEX, JDSU, Spirent.
    • Knowledge in TDM network (E1 & SDH), Virtualization (SD-WAN), Linux OS - advantage.
    • Proven presentation skills and experience working with external customers.
