President & CEO

Udy joined RAD in 2016 as the Head of North American Operations. He later
took on the position of Vice President Customer Facing Group until his
appointment as RAD’s CEO in April 2021. Udy has 25 years of experience in
the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining RAD, Udy served as Vice
President of Sales for Ceragon Networks, managing business development activities with strategic customers along with leading the pre-sales team.

Moshe Shimon

VP Product & Marketing

Moshe Shimon has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunication
networks domain and extensive expertise in networking and telecom
software and hardware product management and marketing. Before joining RAD, Moshe was leading Amdocs' open network OSS and NFV orchestration.
Prior to that, Moshe served as ECI’s VP of Product Management for the IP/MPLS and Optical (DWDM) product lines, and was Marketing and Product Management VP at Telco Systems, focusing on Carrier Ethernet access
solutions.

Moshe holds a BSC in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Ben
Gurion University, and an MBA from the University of Haifa, both in Israel.

Moshe lives in Misgav-Dov (near Gedera, Israel) is married to Liorit and is the father of three children, Neta, Roy, and Nadav.

In his spare time, Moshe loves basketball and outdoor sports.

VP R&D

Tuvia Segal was named RAD’s Vice President of Research and Development,
Service Providers in 2017. He joined RAD in 1997 and over the years he held pivotal positions as AVP R&D, VP QUALITY and director of Voice and Packet products.

He holds a B.Sc. in mathematics & Computer science from the Ben Gurion University in Israel. He is married and the father of three children.

Yael Langer

Yael Langer

General Counsel

Yael Langer has served as general counsel and secretary of RAD. and several other companies in the RAD-Bynet Group since 1998. In this position Yael has been involved in several IPOs and mergers and acquisitions and handles numerous investment transactions and legal issues for the group’s start-up companies.

From three years prior to being named to her current position Yael served as assistant general counsel to companies in the RAD-Bynet Group.

Yael was named a director in Ceragon Networks Ltd., a member of the RAD Group traded on the NASDAQ and Tel Aviv stock exchanges, in 2000 and director of Radware Ltd., another NASDAQ-traded RAD Group company, in 2009.

Before coming to RAD Yael was a member of the legal department of Poalim Capital Markets and Investments Ltd, the underwriting and investment banking subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim. Prior to that, she was an attorney at the firm of Shimron, Molcho, Persky in Jerusalem.

Yael holds an L.L.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Daniella Ilan

VP Human Resources

Daniella Ilan has served as Vice President of Human Resources at RAD since 1994.

Before joining RAD she served as a lieutenant colonel in the intelligence corps of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resource management, Daniella today oversees all of RAD’s recruitment, training and organizational development, recreation, compensation, and benefits. In addition, she provides human resources support to a number of start-ups that are members of the RAD Group of companies.

Daniella graduated from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology cum laude with a B.Sc. in sciences. She also holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University with a specialization in organizational behavior.

Eitan Hamri

Eitan Hamri

VP of Operations

Eitan Hamri was appointed RAD’s Vice President of Operations in December 2014.

He originally joined the company in 1988 as a practical engineer in the Final Testing Department before being promoted to be the head of an operations unit and subsequently as manager of the Technical Department in Operations and deputy to the Vice President of Operations.

Eitan holds a BA in economics and management and an MBA, with excellence, from Israel’s Open University, as well as certification as a practical engineer from Tel Aviv University’s School of Engineering.

Eitan is married and the father of three daughters.

Orit Tesler Levy

Orit Tesler Levy

CFO

Orit Tesler Levy is a senior finance executive with extensive experience in leading financial activities at global and public technology companies. Prior to joining RAD, Orit served as CFO for XJet, a start-up company providing solutions for ceramics and metal additive manufacturing. In this role, Orit led funds raising processes, including a Nasdaq IPO. Before XJet, Orit served as CFO for Spectronix-Emerson, where she played a pivotal role in integrating Spectronix into Emerson (NYSE:EMR), as well as VP Finance FP&A Business Partnering at Stratasys (Nasdaq: SSYS). She started her career at Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT), where she rose to the position of CFO Applied Materials Israel and CFO of the company’s Silicon Segment Group in Silicon Valley, California.

Orit holds a BA in Economics and an MBA (Accounting & Finance), both from the Tel Aviv University. She enjoys playing and following professional tennis in her spare time.
